At Al Fajar Tib, we aim to deliver your order safely, carefully and within a reasonable time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our website or official sales channels.

By placing an order with Al Fajar Tib, you agree to this Shipping Policy, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Payment Policy.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders within Pakistan through courier services, delivery partners or other suitable shipping methods.

Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s city, area, courier coverage, product availability and order type.

If delivery is not available in your area, we may contact you to discuss an alternative solution or cancel the order.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed after:

  • Product availability is confirmed
  • Customer details are verified
  • Payment is confirmed, where applicable
  • Advance payment is received, where required
  • Order confirmation is shared by Al Fajar Tib

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, during high order volume, or after working hours may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service and order situation.

General estimated delivery time:

  • Major cities: usually 2 to 5 working days
  • Other cities and remote areas: usually 3 to 7 working days
  • Special cases, weather issues, holidays or courier delays: delivery may take longer

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, incorrect address, customer unavailability, weather, road conditions, strikes, public holidays, high demand or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel weight
  • Product type
  • Order value
  • Courier service
  • Cash on Delivery availability
  • Promotional offer, where applicable

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout or shared through our official contact channel before order confirmation.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Al Fajar Tib, such as wrong product, damaged product, unavailable product or a verified mistake from our side.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected areas and selected orders.

For Cash on Delivery orders, Al Fajar Tib may require partial advance payment for order confirmation. The remaining amount will be payable at the time of delivery.

If the customer refuses to receive the parcel without a valid reason, provides an incorrect address, remains unavailable, does not respond to courier calls, or causes the parcel to return, courier charges, packing charges or handling charges may be deducted from the advance payment.

Al Fajar Tib reserves the right to reject or cancel Cash on Delivery orders in case of suspicious activity, repeated parcel refusal, incomplete details, non-serious orders or courier limitations.

Advance Payment Orders

For advance payment orders, the order will be processed after payment verification.

Customers must send payment only to the official Bank Account, EasyPaisa or JazzCash details displayed during checkout or shared through our official contact channels.

Al Fajar Tib will not be responsible for payments sent to any unofficial number, fake account, personal account, third party or unauthorized source.

We do not collect or store debit card or credit card details on our website.

Full Advance Payment Discount

Al Fajar Tib may offer a discount on full advance payment orders where clearly mentioned on the website, checkout page, product page, advertisement or official message.

If an advance payment order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the refund amount will be calculated according to the actual amount paid by the customer after discount, not the original product price.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers may receive order confirmation through website notification, WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, email or any other official communication channel.

Order confirmation may include order details, payment status, delivery address, product details, shipping charges and estimated delivery information.

An order is considered confirmed only after Al Fajar Tib verifies the required details and confirms the order.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details may be shared with the customer after the order is dispatched.

Tracking updates are provided by the courier company. Sometimes tracking information may take time to appear or update.

If the tracking status is delayed or unclear, customers may contact us for support, and we will try to assist where possible.

Customer Responsibilities

To avoid delivery delays or failed delivery, customers must provide:

  • Correct full name
  • Active phone number
  • Complete delivery address
  • Nearest landmark, where required
  • Correct city, area and postal details
  • Any special delivery instructions, where necessary

Customers are responsible for answering courier calls and receiving the parcel on time.

Al Fajar Tib will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, return charges or extra costs caused by incorrect details, unavailable customer, unanswered calls, incomplete address or customer negligence.

Wrong Address or Change of Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed, failed or returned.

Address changes after order dispatch may not always be possible. If courier allows address change or re-delivery, extra charges may apply.

Customers should carefully review their delivery details before confirming the order.

Failed Delivery or Refused Parcel

If the parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, wrong address, refusal to receive, non-response to courier calls or any customer-related issue, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Courier charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Re-delivery charges
  • Packing or handling charges
  • Any other actual cost caused by failed delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders with partial advance payment, applicable charges may be deducted from the advance amount.

For advance payment orders, re-delivery may be arranged after the customer pays any applicable additional charges.

Damaged, Leaked or Incorrect Delivery

We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, broken, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide:

  • Order number or order details
  • Clear photos or video of the parcel
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • Payment proof, where required
  • Any other details requested for verification

After verification, Al Fajar Tib may offer replacement, exchange, refund, partial refund, store credit or another suitable solution according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Claims made after the required time period may not be accepted.

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request photos, videos, order details, parcel images and packing material images to verify the claim.

After verification, we may send the missing item, offer adjustment, store credit, refund or another suitable solution depending on the case.

Product Safety and Storage After Delivery

Many of our products are natural, herbal, organic, food-based or consumable. After delivery, customers are responsible for storing products according to the instructions provided on the product label, packaging, website or official message.

Al Fajar Tib will not be responsible for product damage caused by improper storage, heat exposure, moisture, contamination, mishandling, late opening of parcel or use after the recommended period.

Natural Product Variation

Natural products may have slight differences in color, texture, fragrance, taste, thickness, size or appearance from batch to batch.

Such natural variation is not considered a shipping issue, defect or delivery mistake.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, if certain products are unavailable or require separate handling, Al Fajar Tib may dispatch an order in more than one shipment.

If this applies, we may inform the customer before or after dispatch through our official communication channel.

Courier Delays and Third-Party Responsibility

We work with courier companies and delivery partners to deliver orders. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery timing and handling may partly depend on the courier company.

Al Fajar Tib will try to support customers in case of courier-related issues, but we cannot fully control courier delays, route problems, tracking delays, strikes, weather conditions or other third-party service issues.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. If the customer still refuses delivery or requests return after dispatch, courier charges, packing charges or handling charges may apply.

Shipping During Sales or High-Demand Periods

During sales, special campaigns, Ramadan, Eid season, holidays or high-demand periods, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Customers are encouraged to place orders early during busy seasons to avoid delays.
