For advance payment orders, customers may be required to share payment proof, transaction identification, sender name, sender number or payment screenshot for verification.

Fake, edited, incomplete or suspicious payment proof may result in order cancellation and may be treated as misuse or fraud.

Advance Payment and Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, Al Fajar Tib may require partial advance payment for order confirmation. The remaining amount will be payable at the time of delivery.

If the customer refuses to receive the parcel without a valid reason, provides an incorrect address, remains unavailable, does not respond to courier calls, or causes the parcel to return, courier charges, packing charges or handling charges may be deducted from the advance payment.

If the issue is caused by Al Fajar Tib, such as wrong product, unavailable product, damaged product or any verified mistake from our side, the customer’s advance payment may be refunded or adjusted according to the situation.

Full Advance Payment Discount

Al Fajar Tib may offer a discount on full advance payment orders, where clearly mentioned on the website, checkout page, product page or official message.

If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer after discount, not the original product price.

Discounts, offers, coupons or promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person unless clearly allowed by Al Fajar Tib.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service, location, weather, holidays, strikes, high order volume, incorrect address, customer unavailability or other situations beyond our control.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery timing is partly dependent on the courier company.

Customers must cooperate with courier staff, answer delivery calls and receive the parcel on time.

Delivery charges, re-delivery charges or return shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

Refunds, Returns and Replacements

Refunds, returns and replacements are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Food, consumable and hygiene-sensitive products such as honey, pure desi ghee, shilajit, dry fruits, dates, olive oil and similar products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged, defective, expired, leaked, broken or incorrectly delivered.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Al Fajar Tib.

Customers must report damaged, defective or incorrect products within the time period mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy and provide clear proof such as photos, videos, order details and payment proof where required.

Money-Back Guarantee

Some selected products may be sold with a Money-Back Guarantee.

This guarantee applies only when clearly mentioned on the product page, advertisement, label, invoice or official message.

Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to all products.

To claim any guarantee, the customer must follow the product usage instructions properly, complete the required usage period and provide necessary proof where requested.

Al Fajar Tib reserves the right to reject claims that are false, incomplete, late, misused, repeated, unsupported or against the stated guarantee conditions.
